One Response so far.

Minnesota sounds like a hockey utopia, where associations function efficiently and fairly and only the very best, experienced and balanced coaches are selected.
In my experience, many seasons start off with the warm air of optimism and enthusiasm.
Where things deteriorate, it is the sometimes the result of poor coach engagement with parents – we often hear the old phrase “the parents job is only to get their kid to the rink on time” which is patently outdated – using the authors metaphor, even pilots update the passengers several times per flight and DEFINITELY if there’s turbulence!
Have a great season and fasten your seatbelts!
