Earlier this week Daniel Coyle wrote a blog post regarding skill improvement methods and used the example of the Navy SEAL’s training for the raid on Bin Laden’s compound. His emphatic finishing point was the importance of repetition in training, but he also highlighted some other key ingredients that are being overlooked.
